The below information only applies while we are actively selling alcohol from our own website. Currently this is not the case but we may be back to it in the future.
Please read before purchasing any products:
-The estimated shipping time for alcohol orders is 5-9 business days. Orders will be received and fulfilled on the business day after the order is placed, unless one of the conditions below applies.
-Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to any PO Box addresses or the states of Alabama, Alaska, Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, North Dakota, or Utah at this time. You will not be able to complete your purchase if you are in one of those states. If you complete an alcohol purchase with a PO Box address, you will be contacted to give us a different address to ship to.
-Orders to Hawaii have very expensive shipping rates, so take note of those costs at checkout before completing your purchase. These expensive Hawaii shipping rates ALSO apply to merchandise.
-For legal reasons, if you purchase alcohol and merchandise on the same order, they will be shipped separately. Someone 21 years of age or older MUST be available to sign for any alcohol orders.
-Packages containing alcohol will not be left on doorsteps and delivery will be attempted 3 times total. We strongly recommend ordering to your place of work if you are typically not home throughout the day. You can ship your package directly to a FedEx or UPS location and they will hold it for 5 days for free. If you need your package redirected to a different address after it has already shipped out, there are extra charges associated with that. Please contact us to learn more if you need this done.
-You will receive a tracking number for alcohol orders only. Merchandise orders do not currently have tracking, but you will receive them within 3-5 business days (probably sooner) from the time you place your order. Just remember that any orders placed which include both alcohol and merchandise will ship separately.
-Tracking numbers for alcohol orders will be provided via FedEx or UPS depending on the state and the company name within the email will say "I.L.S. Inc" as that is our fulfillment center.
-We DO NOT offer refunds if your alcohol order is returned to us. We feel that 3 attempted deliveries with the option to ship your package directly to FedEx or UPS and be held there is ample opportunity to take delivery. We are charged an additional $20 for all returned packages that are not delivered after 3 attempts and another $20 if we want to attempt delivery again, so we can not offer refunds on account of this unless you are willing to pay the extra $40 worth of charges. We will of course offer refunds or replacements for any products that are damaged or below satisfaction.
