The Rebuild & Honor Project in Dayton, Ohio, was launched as part of the 7th Annual Freedom Whiskey Veterans Day Celebration, thanks to the vision and leadership of local business owners Nathan and Tish Arndts, founders of Willow Creek Developers & Building. Inspired to make a deeper impact on the lives of local veterans, Willow Creek partnered with Krista Hollingsworth, owner of Freedom Whiskey Company in the fall of 2024 to bring this initiative to life. Together, they created a community-driven program dedicated to honoring those who have served by providing critical home repairs, renovations, and accessibility upgrades. The project focuses on improving both the physical safety and mental well-being of veterans by ensuring their homes are safe, functional, and supportive of their long-term health needs.
